My fee is $170 for a 50-minute session for private pay clients. Through a platform called Alma, I take Aetna, Optum, United Healthcare (under Optum), & Carelon insurance. At this time, I only provide therapy via telehealth. If you are seeking an in-person mental health professional, I am happy to provide you with referrals.

The length of therapy and the therapeutic relationship is dependent on your goals. It's okay to not know the answer to this at the beginning of therapy. We will work together to assess what is best for you. I do require that clients commit to weekly sessions initially so that we can build a strong therapeutic relationship and familiarity with the process.

Please contact me via email or phone if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I require at least 24 hours advanced notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be charged my full private pay rate for the session.

Since life happens and sometimes we need to reschedule, I will do my best to work with you to reschedule you for the same week. If I can accommodate this, I will not charge you the cancellation fee.
